No. The prices shown are the total cost. There are no consultation fees, registration fees, or hidden charges. You pay the listed price and that's it.

No. If your GP issues a prescription during a video or phone consultation, it's included in the consultation fee. You only pay separately for prescription-only requests without a consultation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Yes. You'll receive an email receipt after every consultation that you can submit to your health insurance provider for reimbursement. Many insurers now cover telehealth consultations.

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Extended hours include evenings (5pm-10pm), weekends, and bank holidays. Extended hours consultations cost €50 instead of €35.

Standard consultations are 15 minutes. If you have multiple concerns or a complex issue, you can book an extended 30-minute consultation for €65 (standard hours) or €80 (extended hours).

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the consultation fee.
