Do I need to download an app?

No. Our video consultations work directly in your web browser on any device with a camera and microphone - computer, tablet, or smartphone. No downloads required.

What if I'm not tech-savvy?

Our platform is designed to be simple. If you can make a video call on WhatsApp or Zoom, you can use GetYourGP. We also offer phone consultations if you prefer.

How long does a consultation take?

Standard consultations are 15 minutes. You can book extended 30-minute consultations for complex issues. Most patients receive their prescriptions within 2 hours of their appointment.

What if the GP can't help me online?

If your condition requires physical examination or emergency care, your GP will advise you and can provide a referral letter for in-person care. You won't be charged extra for this.

Can I see the same GP each time?

You can request a specific GP when booking, subject to availability. All our GPs have access to your medical history from previous visits, ensuring continuity of care.
